the walls of zendom will be finished in high quality timber finishings. the main rear wall is finished in birch plywood, with an elegant softly lit negative detail around the top. the ceiling and side walls are a work of art in there own right with a diamond pattern overlay, creating the effect of softly changing shadows throughout the day. just like out in nature, your environment will never look the same.
bathroom
we've gone as natural as possible with our bathroom, creating a seamless experience as if your washing under a waterfall outside. with high quality brass fittings, its all about fitting in with nature. the walls will covered into textured stone tiles to resemble a rock wall, while the floor will be covered in natural non-slip stone tiles. looking up above the half height wall you'll notice timber battens reaching towards the ceiling, designed to have your choice of vines or crawlers, levelling up your bathroom experience, you'll never want to leave.
bedroom
separated from the main living area by only timber battens, the bedroom merges seamlessly with the rest of your home. the bed looks straight out into the wilderness, it's like you're sleeping outside, but with all the comfort we love from sleeping inside. it's so relaxing it will be easy to fall asleep. with storage made from birch plywood under the bed and huge open-plan wardrobe with custom shelving all made from high-quality birch. with high quality wool carpets underfoot, it's like walking on on clouds.
kitchen
the heartbeat of the home, a great kitchen is often regarded as the most important part of our homes. taking this into account we've landed in here with a custom made full sized kitchen wrapped in high quality birch plywood. with a huge 2400m island and matching bench top along the wall there is huge amounts of room for you create your favourite dishes and bring joy to cooking for yourselves. the centre piece of this kitchen is a highly efficient eco-friendly wood-burning stove. this is also in charge of ensuring you always have hot water also so there's no chance of ever having to have an uncooked meal or a cold shower. you don't need to worry about gas or electricity. also equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
next to the kitchen, smartly separated is a washing machine and integrated hot water cylinder (heated via the oven)
separating the kitchen from the bathroom is a half height wall topped off with a green wall to the ceiling. a big rimu slider that seamlessly slides out from the wall, against a solid black wall, you'll be right at home like you're outside.
chill-out
we believe our greatest memories are made outside. but thats not always possible, sometimes the weather doesn't allow us too much choice. when this happens you'll be greeted into a cosy relaxing space upstairs. with a big library and enough room for some nice couches. if tv's are your thing, it will be ready wired to future proof. with matching natural wool carpet as downstairs, the cosiness will at a maximum.
