zendom is lovingly crafted with the environment front and centre. created in a way that allows each home to be carbon neutral, all while being small enough to be transported anywhere, easily. the best way you can harmonise with nature is by downsizing and simplifying your living environment. without sacrificing luxury. less energy, less cleaning, less stress. less is more.

energy is abundant, some would say that there is far too much of it, so the best way we can help curb a climate crisis is by reducing our need for it. thats where zendom comes in. we're making it easy for people to make a huge difference in the climate, the energy required to keep our tiny homes running is teeny tiny compared to conventional homes. putting you ahead in the fight for the climate. the physical footprint our tiny homes use is a mere 63 square meters.
in conjunction with constructing smaller homes, we've also put a huge focus on creating them to be as efficient as possible. our tiny homes will only use approximately 4kw of energy on a standard day. this is achieved by super insulating the walls, creating an airtight internal barrier, using triple glazed windows throughout and making an abundance of use of natural renewable materials. most of which are sourced locally. not only are our homes tiny, but we use a special foundation system that doesn't require any earthworks to the land. we're leaving nature as it should be, by gently resting your zendom above ground. this means that should you choose to move your zendom anywhere, you're not leaving a human impression on the ground it used to sit.
all of this is achieved without sacrificing the luxuries that we've learned to make our lives more comfortable. your zendom will come fully equipped with a full kitchen, including dishwasher, stove, washing machine. not to mention bathroom and wardrobe space bigger than most 300m2 houses.
simply, greater wellbeing and happiness. living in zendom will dramatically reduce your need for buying unessassery things. you'll probably even want to reduce the amount of things you have before coming into one. this in turn will help you put more focus and energy into things that actually matter, you'll be more encouraged to spend more time outside in nature, you'll be less likely to be sucked into buying anything you don't need, so you can spend that hard earned cash creating memories instead.
your not just investing in a house, you're investing in a new way of living. one that is proven to provide you with more happiness and less stress. truly investing into a better life.
