what's it made of?

the eco-friendly materials that make up the backbone of zendom. the rear walls and floors are made from solid, locally sourced cross-laminated timber, ensuring minimal wastage during construction. for an even stronger frame, we've incorporated highly engineered timber beams that prevent thermal transfer and condensation. its roof is wrapped in an eco-friendly TPO membrane that's free of any harmful chemicals.

we didn't stop there. we've wrapped the entire structure in sustainably grown engineered pine cladding, providing superior strength and weather resistance. let's not forget about the windows! we've partnered with the renowned German company Nueffer to bring you triple glazed, thermally broken, and low-e windows. around 3 times more efficient than traditional glazing, helping you save energy and reduce your carbon footprint. at zendom, we're committed to building homes that are both beautiful and sustainable.
